Upon booking a place you will need to complete an Enrolment
Form which will enable me to assess, in confidence, whether
you may need to adapt the way you exercise.
If the dates of the beginners courses are not convenient to
you, it would be possible for you to cover the beginners programme
over two 1:1 private classes and then join a class of your
choice.

BEGINNERS COURSE - NORWICH, NORFOLK
New Course Starting on Friday 5th March 2010 at 6pm at the
United Reformed Church, Ipswich Road Norwich. Cost of course
is £37.50 for 5 classes.
BEGINNERS COURSE - DEREHAM, NORFOLK
A beginners class runs at the Toftwood Methodist Church, Toftwood,
Dereham at 6.15pm on Fridays. Cost of course is £42
for 6 classes. Limited places available
