Body Control Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Targeting the deep postural muscles Pilates works by:

  • Rebalancing your body and bringing it into correct alignment
  • Reshaping your body - which will become longer, leaner and more toned
  • Improving your posture
  • Achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility
  • Rehabilitation from injury
  • Relieving unwanted stress
I hold day and evening classes (beginners, improvers, intermediate/Advanced classes, back care classes plus private sessions in Norwich and also in the Dereham area. Please see class information for a timetable of classes, venues and prices. In Contact Us you will find latest information on beginners classes.

Classes are limited to twelve participants to allow maximum supervision from the teacher.
